These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hedonism platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Description of Services
Hedonism provides a restaurant reservation management platform that enables restaurants to:
- Accept and manage online reservations
- Optimize table seating and floor management
- Track guest profiles and dining preferences
- Send automated confirmations and reminders
- Access analytics and reporting tools
4. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others

6. Payment Terms

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hedonism shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Belgrade, Serbia.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
